5th June 2007 - Wild Forest Foods At 'Pocket The Green Pound'
Wild Forest Foods is one of only ten producers to exhibit at the 'Pocket the Green Pound' event held at the Asian and Oriental School of Catering in Shoreditch. Organised by the London Sustainability Exchange and members of London Food Link, the exhibition brought together restaurateurs with producers of local and sustainable foods.
April 2007 - Chef Oliver Rowe Visits Wild Forest Foods
Chef Oliver Rowe of 'Urban Chef' and 'Local Food Hero' fame visits Chris at his smallholding in North West London. Rowe sources around 85% of his ingredients from within the M25 for his restaurant Konstam at the Prince Albert in WC1.
